How do I take care of and clean my jewelry?
We work hard to create quality hand-crafted jewelry. As with any product, its life span will depend on the care it is given. The following are some helpful hints in taking care of your jewelry:

•Sterling silver and gold fill will oxidize (tarnish), when exposed to the air.
When not wearing your jewelry, store in a zip lock bags or individual
cloth pouches to help prevent tarnishing or scratching other pieces.

•Clean your beaded jewelry with a jewelry polishing cloth or a soft cotton
cloth. Be sure to dry your jewelry pieces thoroughly before storing them.
Do not use chemical products to clean beaded jewelry.

•Never wear your jewelry in chlorine or salt water. Some household
cleaners contain chlorine bleach or other chemicals that can discolor
your jewelry.

• Jewelry should be removed before showering, shampooing, and using
hairsprays, lotions, and perfumes, etc. These items contain chemicals
that can damage or dull your jewelry.

How do I know my bracelet size?
To determine your bracelet size, measure your wrist just below the bone and then add 1". When measuring, take into consideration how loose you prefer to wear your bracelet. If you like a looser fitting bracelet, add 1 ½" to the measurement of your wrist.

If you don't have a flexible tape measure, use a piece of string to measure your wrist and then a ruler to measure the string.

If the bracelet is a gift, and you don't know the wrist size, the following is a general rule for sizing:

7" small 7 3/4" large
7.25 - 7.5" average 8" extra large

For a child's wrist size, you may use the Children's Bracelet Size Chart listed below. If you feel she doesn't match the "average" size for her age, measure her wrist just below the bone. Please choose "OTHER" in the sizing menu and write her measurement as well as her age in the comments section upon checkout.

Once a jewelry item is sold out, can it be duplicated?
It depends upon the availability of the materials used to make the piece of jewelry. Sometimes it's impossible to get stones with the same shape and coloration. The same goes for the sterling silver and Thai silver beads. If the materials are available, we will gladly recreate a jewelry piece.

Do you offer gift certificates?
Gift certificates are available. Choose the amount and the person to receive the gift. See the tab labeled Gift Certificate on the home page.

Do you do any custom orders?
